Bushwillows is home to the Hartbeesfontein Rugby Club. The Hartbeesfontein Rugby Club was established in 2005. The Team consists of local, young farmers.

The Team participates in local Club Rugby Leagues and was the winner of the Jaap Steyn Trophy in 2007.
